Prospectus and terms

Covered Bonds, junior covered bonds and mortgage bonds issued by Jyske Realkredit A/S (formerly BRFkredit a/s) shall be described in a prospectus in pursuance of European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 809/2004 and later updates.
These regulations came into force on 1 July 2005. Bond series closed for issuance prior to this date are not covered by a prospectus.

The prospectuses for covered bonds and mortgage bonds take the form of a base prospectus and separate final term sheets.

The general terms and conditions for the bond series as well as descriptions of Jyske Realkredit are given in the base prospectus. The specifics for the individual bonds are stated in the final terms.
